Cédric Lemogne

Cédric Lemogne, MD, PhD

I am a professor of psychiatry at the Université Paris Cité, where I chair the education committee of the medical school, and head of the Department of Adult Psychiatry at the Hotel Dieu in Paris (AP-HP). My research focuses on the interplay between mental and physical health. My colleagues and I mainly use data from large-scale population-based studies to examine the relationships between psychosocial factors and physical outcomes, particularly between depression and cardiovascular disease. Recently, we have developed new research examining the potential role of psychological factors in persistent symptoms after COVID-19, aka ‘long COVID’.
