Romain Bey, PhD

I am a researcher at the Paris Descartes University, France. I work at developing new methodologies for clinical validation of machine learning models in the medical field. I focus in particular on the design of learning and testing strategies that are compatible with a strong protection of sensitive data, using Distributed Ledger Technologies and other privacy-preserving technologies.

I graduated from the engineer schools Ecole Polytechnique and Supaero, respectively in 2014 and 2015. During my PhD in physics at Grenoble Alps University I studied nanoscale thermodynamics using molecular simulation.
